Body Composition Analysis

Weight alone is an insufficient indicator of health. From 2007-2008, the average NBA player had a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25.5, which was considered overweight. That’s why we don’t focus on BMI at our center. The numbers we see on the scale do not tell us how many pounds are fat versus the percentage of lean body mass. Patients at Victory Rejuvenation Center will receive a Body Composition Analysis. It will tell you your Body Fat Percentage, Lean Body Muscle weight, and Body Water content.

Body Composition Testing will help us understand how your diet, lifestyle, and exercise regimen influence your body composition and health. We will analyze which routines are working and which are not. This will allow us to fine-tune your specialized health optimization regimen for maximum effectiveness.

The InBody Analysis used by our clinic evaluates:

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Body Fat Percent
  • Total Body Water
  • Body Fat Mass
  • Skeletal Muscle Mass
  • Body Composition History
  • Target Weight

We will thoroughly review your results and establish a plan of action that enables you to reach your healthcare goals. It will require discipline and focus to achieve your optimum weight. With Victory Rejuvenation Center behind you, optimizing your weight has never been easier.
